With friends and family in attendance, the school honored 123 Doctor of Dental Surgery graduates, 26 Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene graduates, 8 Master of Dental Therapy graduates, 36 candidates for advanced education in dentistry, four candidates for the Master of Science in Dental Hygiene and one graduate student in oral biology.

I need everyone to find time this summer to exhale. It is important that each of you take care of yourselves and your family and friends.

Karl Self, DDS, MBA, became the Interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the School of Dentistry effective May 9.

Lanette Wedell, BSDH ’06, MSDH ’22, lives in many worlds at once. She was able to merge those worlds together at this year’s American Dental Education Association conference.
