David Hancock, DDS, FACD

Dr. Hancock was born and raised in the Midwest and is from an academic family. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and attended Northwestern University Dental School, completing his degree in 1976. Dr. Hancock began private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, in July 1976, where his areas of interest were complex restorative dentistry, dental occlusion, and TM disorders. Interest in failed TM treatments led to years of study in orofacial pain. Dr. Hancock has trained at the Pankey Institute, Dawson Center, Spear, and UKY Orofacial Pain Center under Jeffery Okeson, DMD. Dr. Hancock is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and the American Equilibration Society.
