TMD and Orofacial Pain

After seven years of pain and questions, relief came for Gloria Derks through the School of Dentistry.

Two members of the Division of TMD and Orofacial Pain achieved great success at this year’s American Academy of Orofacial Pain Clinical and Scientific Meeting.

Five School of Dentistry faculty members received Veden awards through the Oral Health Clinical Research Center, director Eric Schiffman, DDS, MS, announced in March.

Emily Kahnert, DPT, CCTT, received a Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship from the University of Minnesota to support her research on telehealth physical therapy for Temporomandibular Disorders.
