In honor of their 25-year reunion, the DDS Class of 2000 has come together to support student scholarships, celebrating generations of oral health practitioners past, present and future.

The School of Dentistry hosted its fifth annual Alumni Weekend on October 10, 2025. 

The School of Dentistry’s Alumni, Admissions and Outreach Collaborative (AAOC) held a networking event at NorthPoint Health and Wellness on Thursday, February 27.

Everyone in the School of Dentistry has a story about their decision to embark on a career in this field, and each one has a similar moment of truth — applying to dental school and then waiting (and waiting!) to be accepted. 

As the School of Dentistry continues to grow in innovation, scholarship, teaching and learning, and patient care, our points of pride also expand. 

After seven years of pain and questions, relief came for Gloria Derks through the School of Dentistry.

The School of Dentistry celebrated its most generous donors at the annual Summer Celebration of Donors on Thursday, June 20. 

This year was filled with growth, learning and discovery at the School of Dentistry, and our news stories reflected that. We shared 101 stories last year, and our news stories were read more than 51,000 times. 

Funds raised to honor a beloved faculty member will soon be used to enhance the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at the School of Dentistry.
