The School of Dentistry hosted its fourth annual Alumni Weekend on November 8-9, 2024.

The School of Dentistry is pleased to announce that Scott Lingle, DDS ’79, and Shelley Rice, GDH ’84, BSDH, are the recipients of the 2023 Distinguished Dental and Dental Hygiene Alumni Awards. 

An alumnus of the School of Dentistry’s pediatric dentistry residency program is making an impact for children with a variety of needs.

A research project from Makayla Morcilio, BSDH ’24, has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Dental Hygiene.

Aaron Bumann, DDS ’13, was named the Missouri Dental Association’s 2023 Dentist of the Year, the association announced in July. 

Gaurav Jain, DDS PASS ’16, Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry ’24, received a 2024 Resident Recognition Award from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Katrina Sanders, RDH, BSDH ’07, MEd, RF, is the 2022 recipient of the School of Dentistry Distinguished Dental Hygiene Alumni Award.
