Registration Fees
On-site Programs
Registration fees include tuition, handouts, meals, refreshments and parking and course supplies when applicable.
Zoom Webinars
Registration fees include tuition and handouts.
Refunds
Lectures and Webinars
You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least one week (five working days) before the program. If you cancel less than one week prior to the program, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Participation Programs
A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one month (30 total days) before the first program session. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the program, a late-cancellation fee of $695, or the amount listed under the Already Registered tab on the course web page, will be deducted from your refund.
Credit Card Notification
If you use a credit card at registration, we will refund that account. We cannot issue cash refunds for credit card transactions.
CDE Anytime
Podcasts and YouTube Videos
Podcasts and YouTube videos are available at no charge. If you would like Continuing Dental Education credit for the course, you must make a non-refundable registration payment. Once you have registered, there is no refund.
E-publications and Online Courses
There are no refunds for e-publications or online courses once you have registered. Please review the course details before making the non-refundable registration payment.
Discounts
Alumni Society Members
School of Dentistry Alumni Society members may receive a 10% discount for live seminars.
Senior Citizens
Dentists over 65 may attend live seminars at a reduced rate. See individual course descriptions and fees.
Dental Teams
- All dentists and dental laboratory technicians pay the full course fee.
- The first dental therapist, hygienist, assistant, or business team member pays the full course fee.
- The second and each additional dental therapist, hygienist, assistant, or business staff pay a reduced fee.

- Select Learner Login
- Login with your email address and password. You will be directed to the Learner Home Page
- Navigate to My Enrollment History
- Look for the Completed tab. You’ll find a button to print your transcript.

The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is an American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the ADA to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.
ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
