The 2026 White Coat Ceremony will welcome the DDS Class of 2030, DT Class of 2029 and DH Class of 2028 into the oral health profession on Friday, September 18.

Is the event ticketed?

No! Guests do not need tickets to attend the White Coat Ceremony.

Can I bring guests to the ceremony?

Yes! There is no limit on the number of guest spots available to graduates.

Where can I park?

For our ceremony in Northrop, you are encouraged to park in Washington Avenue Ramp, University Avenue Ramp, 4th Street Ramp, or the East River Road Garage. The Church Street Garage, while closest to Northrop, is expected to fill up quickly.

Please keep in mind that the Minneapolis campus will be busy and parking will be limited. Consider using public transit, ride-share or carpooling. Plan to arrive early and be prepared for exiting traffic to take longer than expected. Roadway projects and other major events may impact regional traffic volumes and your travel time.

Will the event be streamed live and/or recorded?

Yes! The event will be livestreamed and a recording will be made available for later viewing.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring into Northrop?

While guests will not have to go through security upon entering Northrop, please note that Northrop enforces a restricted items policy. All noisemakers, balloons, confetti, signs, etc. will be confiscated at the door.
