Registration Fees

On-site Programs

Registration fees include tuition, handouts, meals, refreshments, parking and course supplies when applicable.

Zoom Webinars

Registration fees include tuition and handouts, if provided.

Refunds

Webinars

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least one week (five working days) before the course. 

If you cancel less than one week prior to one of our Continuing Dental Education webinars, a $100 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel less than one week prior to a course in the ACDE Webinar Series, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Participation Programs

A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one month (30 total days) before the first program session. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the program, a late-cancellation fee of $695, or the amount listed under the Already Registered tab on the course web page, will be deducted from your refund.

Credit Card Notification

If you use a credit card at registration, we will refund that account. We cannot issue cash refunds for credit card transactions. 

CDE Anytime

Podcasts and YouTube Videos

Podcasts and YouTube videos are available at no charge. If you would like Continuing Dental Education credit for the course, you must make a non-refundable registration payment. Once you have registered, there is no refund.

E-publications and Online Courses

There are no refunds for e-publications or online courses once you have registered. Please review the course details before making the non-refundable registration payment.

Discounts

Discounts, if applicable, will be listed in the selection of registration fees when you register online.

Alumni Society Members

School of Dentistry Alumni Society members may receive a 10% discount for select webinars.

Senior Citizens

Dentists over 65 may attend select webinars at a reduced rate. 

Transcript Requests

To receive your Continuing Dental Education course/conference enrollment history:

You may access your transcript online for courses held beginning July 1, 2018:

  • Go to learning.umn.edu
  • Select Learner Login
  • Login with your email address and password. You will be directed to the Learner Home Page
  • Navigate to My Enrollment History
  • Look for the Completed tab. You’ll find a button to print your transcript.

 

For CDE courses held July 1, 1985 through June 30, 2018, your CDE transcript is available upon request. Please contact us at [email protected]

ADA CERP Certification

The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is an American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the ADA to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.

ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
