Megan O'Connell, MSDH

Ms. O’Connell received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry in 2010. Following graduation, Ms. O’Connell practiced clinical hygiene for nine years in the Twin Cities. She completed her Masters of Science in Dental Hygiene (MSDH) Education degree from the University of Minnesota in 2018 and was offered a faculty position in the Division of Dental Hygiene shortly after in 2019. Ms. O’Connell continues to expand on her research in the use of telementoring to care for children with special healthcare needs in rural Minnesota and is a member of both the American Dental Education Association and American Dental Hygiene Association.
