Biography
With over 34 years of clinical experience, Dr. Medina is currently a clinical associate professor in the Department of Restorative Science and is a member of the Craniofacial & Cleft Palate Team. She serves as the pre-doctoral prosthodontic clinic director and directs the course on oral oncology & maxillofacial prosthodontics for the post-doctoral residents.
Dr. Medina’s clinical interests include ways to improve patient outcomes through digital technology and team approaches. She is specifically interested in the intra-oral prosthetic rehabilitation of craniofacial anomalies and cleft palate, utilizing digital technology in combination with conventional methodology.
With a strong sense of community, Dr. Medina has organized fundraising events to support members of our community in need. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, weaving, cycling, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
