Liviu Steier, DDS, PhD

Dr. Steier is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Division of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania. He is an adjunct visiting professor at Saveetha Dental College in India. Dr. Steier graduated in 1982 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Carol Davila Dental School, Bucharest, Romania. He received his PhD in Dentistry (Dr. med. dent.) in 1983. He holds the following specialty certifications: Specialist in Prosthodontics and Material Science, Specialist in Endodontics, Certified Dentist with a Special Interest in Dental Implantology, and Certified Expert Witness. Dr. Steier acted/acts as a Visiting Professor at The University of Florence, School of Dental Medicine, Italy; Clinical and Course Director at Warwick University- Coventry, England/ Course Director at the University of Manchester, England. He is a visiting professor at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine Boston, MA/USA; a lecturer at the University of Cologne, Germany; and a lecturer at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany.
