
For 34 years, the Daniel E. Waite Lectureship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) has provided leading practitioners, researchers, and scholars the unique opportunity to present and analyze transformational concepts. Our Friday evening program showcases case presentations, research, and innovations offered by residents representing the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Saturday's program features Jasjit K. Dillion, MBBS, DDS, FDSRCS, FACS, from the University of Washington, discussing the need for antibiotics use, the role of medical therapy for maxillofacial pathologies and the latest evidence on hard to manage oral pathologies.
